The Nautilus Hotel Napier, Napier

The hotel was at a prime location right across the beach and with easy access to restaurants, offering a great view of the sea. The rooms were spacious with a balcony providing a lovely sea view, though some areas needed a deeper clean and maintenance. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were instances of safety concerns during maintenance. The hotel was within walking distance to various attractions, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience offered a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying meals, but there were limitations on refunds. Overall, the hotel provided a mixed experience with some areas of improvement.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful with a huge spa bath and a lovely ocean view from the private balcony. However, it was a bit on the expensive side. The service was generally very polite and helpful, but I did notice some maintenance staff not wearing proper gear. The location was fantastic, right on the esplanade and perfect for early morning strolls along marine parade. The dining experience was awesome, especially the scrambled eggs with cheese and smoked salmon. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
